WHAT IS THE PROPER WAY TO BURN A CANDLE?
It is very important to always place a candle on a heat resistant surface away from drafts, children and pets. To get the maximum burn time from your candle, it should be lit in 3-4 hour increments.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COCONUT SOY WAX AND STRAIGHT SOY WAX?
Coconut soy wax burns cleaner and longer than straight soy wax. Coconut wax has a smooth silky texture while soy wax tends to frost and get 'wet spots' on the sides where it does not adhere to the vessel properly.
WHY DOES MY CANDLE NOT BURN ALL OF THE WAY TO THE EDGE?
Coconut soy wax is not meant to melt all the way to the edge of the vessel on the first few burns. Once the candle is approximately halfway down, it will begin to melt the hang-up from the sides. This happens so that the candle does not get too hot and burn too fast. This results in the candle being able to burn slow and even for its entirety.
